Hello!
My name is Rachael, I used The Swedish Diet System to lose weight and get the body I always dreamed of.

I have always been a big eater, but didn’t really notice my weight as it crept up to 16 stone, I tried pretty much every other diet on the market. I even had an experience with a worldwide diet plan whereby I stuck to it religiously and PUT ON weight!

I took action after hearing about the Swedish Diet System from my sister (who lost 10 lbs). I was delighted as the weight came off quickly and painlessly.

As the pounds dropped, I became more active – which helped to tone up when losing such a large amount of weight, I would now describe myself as a fitness addict and will be competing in my first Half Marathon this year.

I have now maintained my weight at just under 12 stone for a few months now, with little effort.

Whilst on my weightloss journey I met the man of my dreams and am getting married this October, I owe all of my confidence to the Swedish Diet System, and can’t recommend it enough (who knows, Perhaps I’ll use it for those sneaky few pounds before my wedding!)
