I was 198 lbs in March when I placed my first order of The Swedish Diet. By June, when I went on holiday I was 165 lbs and still remain at the weight 3 months later.

Best thing, I was never hungry, I just used the meal replacement drink and followed the eating guidelines… I felt like I ate more than ever before. Cravings for bad foods disappeared quickly and motivation for working out was high as I saw my lbs melting away.

I am about to push it further now, I have maintained this weight for a few months and am aiming to lose 13 lbs more…. I am 100% sure I will do that way before Christmas with The Swedish Diet.
